Art we find.
Even underfoot there is great art to behold! As i walk the cities I am constantly scanning the streets, cafe and building floors below and the ceiling and detail above for patterns. Color combinations can be outright unbelievable and gutsy. Material usage can be so unexpected. Even while biking thoughout the countryside there are doors and window shutters with the most amazing weathered patinas that catch the eye and compel a stop to photograph. Who are these artists and where do they learn their craft, color sense? Where do they get their materials? Maybe it is what is available or is it made specifically for the installation. Either way, these personal point-of-views are so enriching to those lucky to keep their eyes open at all times! –LK
